Why I picked Picasa ??

Last few years I tried more than 5 Image managing softwares.

Here we go !!
I found Picasa 3.8 which contains a pretty good GUI.
Picasa 3 is a free issue from Google.

Picasa & Picasa Web Albums make it easy for you to organize and edit your digital photos.

It help to view your photos at their best view. View full-screen slideshows, see your pictures arranged on a global map, A video playback, and more.

Picasa is 3.8 supports Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Picasa Image recognition ,
what you have to do is

1 - Add name tags in bulk or a few photos at a time.
2 - Click 'Add a name' under any face and type a name.
3- Confirm Picasa face suggestions.
(here I found some difficulties ,when it comes to a group photo , It keep suggesting faces in the photo !! )
You can disable that feature
